How does the monthly plan work?
No upfront cost. You pay $179/mo for at least 12 months, and that covers the build, hosting, security updates, and small edits like hours, prices, and photos. After the first year you can stay month to month or cancel.
What if I want to own my site outright?
You can buy it out anytime. During the first 12 months the buyout is the remaining balance of your plan, and after that it's a flat $500. Either way you get the full code and can host it anywhere. Your domain always stays in your name.
Do you build WordPress sites?
No. We build with clean, custom code only. No WordPress, no page builders, no drag-and-drop. This means faster sites, cleaner code, and no plugin vulnerabilities.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear idea of your goals, your target audience, and any content you already have (text, photos, logos). We'll guide you through the rest during discovery.
How do revisions work?
The Monthly plan includes unlimited small edits. Standard includes 2 rounds of revisions, Premium includes 3, and Custom is scoped per project. A revision round means one batch of feedback, not a running back-and-forth.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
We can add a simple CMS for content updates on request. Otherwise, content changes are covered under maintenance retainers.
What happens after launch?
Standard includes 30 days of post-launch support and Premium includes 60. After that, maintenance retainers keep your site healthy from $150/mo.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We typically take 50% upfront and 50% on launch. Custom payment plans are available for larger projects.
